Abstract

The investigation of the gas-dynamic processes in a pneumocylinder with two-way action on the base of the computational fluid dynamics methods are carried out in this work. To describe gas movement three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations averaged according to Reynolds are used. A shock-wave structure in piston cavity of the pneumocylinder is studied. The estimation of the velocity influence of the pressure increase on the shock-block structure of the flow and pneumocylinder characteristics is carried out.
