Development of strategic programmes of socio-economic development of rural areas as a factor of sustainable development of the economy

Abstract

The article describes the main problems of development and realization of strategy of social-economic development of territories. The use of program-target approach allows to take into account the specialization and resources of rural areas and to propose key parameters of effectiveness of the implemented strategy.
