The concept of information capital and its use in terms of import substitution

Abstract

This article told about a concept in the enterprise as an information capital. There are presented some individual components of this type of capital, it's useful fields and its influence on the enterprise performance. As well, it exists the question of the measure accomplishment according to import substitution.
