Russia and Germany in the time of Minister President of Prussia Otto von Bismarck in the 60-s of the 19 th century

Abstract

The article, devoted to the Russian-German relations in the time of Minister President of Prussia Otto von Bismarck, tells about the origin of relations between the two countries in the 60-s of the 19 th century, when the Prussian government was led by Bismarck, about the role played by Russia in the unification of Germany “from above” under the leadership of Prussia.
