Preferential side of chewing, chronical occlusion and cuspid yuidance are additional constituents of functional occlusion
On the base of extensive material the authors prove the existence of the main side of chewing at about 90% ofpeople who were examined by them. One-side chewing leads to individual characteristic of mastication with the age, which are necessary to talk into consideration during rehabilitation of masticating apparatus.
