Abstract

In the clinic of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of the First Moscow State Medical universtitet the IM Sechenov for the period from 2011 to 2013, 32 patients were operated with head fractures of the lower jaw with a complete medial dislocation. Surgical treatment was performed in a volume osteotomy branches of the lower jaw, replantation and metal osteosynthesis and of mandibular head. The use of mini-clips of nickel titanium in combination with titanium miniplates improved the quality of treatment to reduce the length of stay in the postoperative period of treated
