FORECASTING ACTIVITIES OF THE HEAD OF THE ORTHOPEDIC DEPARTMENT OF DENTAL POLYCLINIC ON THE LEVEL OF MANAGERIAL COMPETENCIES
On the level of management competence heads of departments differentiated into 4 groups. The first group includes heads of departments, received from 34 to 51 points. This category is 26,92% of the total number of the investigated type - «dentist». The second group - 33,08%, 52-67points, type - the «organizer of public health services». The third group - 36,92%, 68-84 points, type - «strong leader-the organizer». The fourth group - 3,08%, 85 points, type - «reserve of the managerial staff».
