FEATURES OF PROSTHETICS OF DEFECTS OF TOOTH ALIGNMENTS AT PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC COLON DISEASES
The aim of research: at patients with colon diseases to study the kliniko-morphological characteristic of parodont diseases, markers of density of a bone fabric and to define rational approaches to prosthetics of defects of tooth alignments. 55 patients with ulcerous colitis, even 80- with the syndrome of the irritable bowel disease with the switch oned defects of dental numbers, furnished with prosthesis by metallic, cermet prostheses and the having prostheses on the intraosseous of implant. Markers of bone metabolism in the blood serum and in the oral liquid, the proliferating activity of the epitheliocytes of periodontium was evaluated according to the morphometric indices of the markers of the proliferation Of Ki-67, tsiklinu D, the inhibitor of apoptosis of bcl-2 were inspected. Connection of expressed of periodontitis is set with character of colon disease. Metallic dental prostheses were the complementary factors of the risk of the development of parodont diseases in patients with ulcerous colitis. It was determined the diagnostic value of the markers of proliferation in diagnostics of parodont diseases during the application of prostheses from different materials.
