The authors of the conducted morphological research of minor salivary glands with the use of electron microscopy in patients with sialadenosis. In all forms of the disease was noted overflow pancreas cell secretory granules. On the basis of data of electronic microscopy in sialadenosis were identified morphofunctional changes in small SWs, manifested in the form of a violation of the synthesis and secretion of the secret.
