Abstract

The authors conducted a comprehensive survey of 55 patients with inflammatory and dystrophic diseases of salivary glands. Of them in 10 patients with various forms of sialadinitis conducted morphological research of minor salivary glands (ICW). As a result of this research in the ICW revealed signs of violations of the endocrine glands, and microcirculation. With the progression of the process there were deep degenerative changes in the SWs: degeneration and death of glandulocytes and mieloepitheliocytes, violation of parenchymal stromal ratios.
