The application of PCR for the detection of DNA of certain actinomycetes in the patients presenting with inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity
The authors have developed and tested the first ever multiprimer kit for the identification of certain actinomycete species in clinical materials. The new procedure creates the prerequisites for more efficacious medicamental therapy of the inflammatory diseases of the organs of the oral cavity.
