Abstract

The authors present information about the climatic and geographic features of the Republic of Kalmykiya and their influence coupled with that of water consumption patterns and employment history on the dental health of the local population. Based on the currently available data, the authors arrived at the conclusion that the climatic and geographic factors of the Republic of Kalmykiya exert the unfavourable influence on the dental health of its population.
