A clinico-statistical analysis of the effect of pregnancy complications in women on caries lesion of temporary teeth in their children
In order to study the influence of various pathologies during pregnancy on caries lesion of temporary teeth in children, 471 3-year-old children were examined, and the obstetric and gynecological background of their mothers was studied. The results of the study show that the following pregnancy factors are of the greatest significance to prevent early caries lesion of temporary teeth: early gestosis, late gestosis, habitual noncarrying of pregnancy, and fetal hypoxia, as well as their combinations.
