Reproductive function of women and allogenic organ transplantation
The analysis, carried out by the authors, of the literature has shown, that allogenic transplantation (AT) and immune suppression are not an obstacle for development of normal pregnancy and birth of the healthy child, the AT of internal female genitals with the use of microsurgical technique, correct choice of the circuit of immunosuppressive therapy, active tactics of conducting the pregnant women - the listed measures, in the long term, will become a new stage of the development of modern reproductive technologies. The further study of prospects for AT of internal genitals (complex is necessary: uterus - uterine tubes - ovaries) of women, at which they for some reasons are absent, and reproductive function is not fulfilled.
