Abstract

At 102 patients with tubal-peritoneal infertility at examination after unsuccessful attempt of IVF in 1 phase (8-10 days) of menstrual cycle was made a biopsy of endometrium with subsequent histologic and microbiological research of the material. As a result of microbiological pathogenic and is conditional - pathogenic microorganisms are allocated in 29 (28,4 % ) women (streptococci of group В - at 16 ( 15,7 %) patients, chlamydia - at 11 (10,7 %), mycoplasma - at 2 (1,9 %). And the morphological endometrium pathology was found at 18, in others 11 cases the persistence of these microorganisms in endometrium was not accompanied with any histologic manifestation of inflammatory process. All patients with verified diagnosis of chronic endometritis have passed a rate complex éthiopathogénie therapy. In the result of treatment after attempt for IVF the pregnancy has come in 58,8 % of cases. The morphological and microbiological researches of endometrium should be included in examination of patients with tubal- peritoneal infertility at a stage of preparation to IVF in connection with high frequency of infectional pathology of endometrium to this group of the patients.
