Abstract

The problem of improvement of management and evaluation of restoration of reproductive function in woman with prolactinsecreting pituitary adenomas is of particular interest in gynecology and endocrinology. It is conditioned by the reason of prolactinomas being the most frequent reason of hyperprolactinemia that leads up to reproductive disfunction and infertility. The article comprises the review of literature data dealing with efficacy of medical, surgical and radiological methods of treatment of prolactinomas in fertile woman.
