To what classification of gestosis (preeclampsia) should adhere a doctor in daily work?

To what classification of gestosis (preeclampsia) should adhere a doctor in daily work?
The present-day designation of gestosis as preeclampsia and eclampsia excludes the notion of “pre-eclampsia” as a period immediately preceding the attack of eclampsia what leads to the untimely and inadequate therapy. The authors suggest in the everyday work of obstetricians to use terminology that includes gestosis of various degree, pre-eclampsia and eclampsia.
