NEW TECHNOLOGIES OF DRUG ADMINISTRATION FOR ELECTROPHORESIS IN CHILDREN WITH ADENOID VEGETATIONS
The study of 98 children with verified diagnosis of acute adenoiditis and exacerbated chronic adenoiditis showed the possibility of laserophoresis of pharmaceutical products based on unwoven materials (cotton-rayon and rayon-polyester) in a nasal sinus and auricle using textile printing technology and a new hydrogel composition of sodium alginate and hyaluronic acid with medicines. Coletex laserophoresis allowed to eliminate inflammation in lymphoid tissue of the pharyngeal lymphoid ring, decrease the size of adenoid vegetations, and restore the draining function of the Eustachian tube due to the opening of the fistula and resorption of exudates in the middle ear.
