Abstract

The authors present the results of clinical and functional studies that provide a rationale for the inclusion of general biolong bath therapy in the program of combined treatment of the patients presenting with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and bronchial asthma. In addition, the studies demonstrate the advantages of the application of a balneological factor with the properties of an antihypoxant and antioxidant for the management of bronchial asthma.
