The modern approaches to diagnostics and treatment malignant adrenal glands neoplasms

Abstract

In this article analysed results of examination and treatment 117 patients with malignant adrenal glands tumors: 67 - an adrenocortical cancer, 38 - the malignant chromaffinomas, 12 - the metastatic lesions. The modern laboratory and instrumental signs, allowed to verify an adrenal glands malignant lesions on pre-operative stage, are revealed. Established, that realization of diagnostic programmes ensure the modern diagnostics of malignant adrenal glands tumors and selection an adequate variant of open or endovideosurgical operation.
