Abstract

The open randomized comparative study of three schemes of the external combined treatment of acne was applied to the sample of 90 patients with light and mild degree of acne eruption. The therapy consisted of cream and gel of 1% adapalen, 1% klindamizin,1% adapalen combined with 1% klindamizin, 0,05% isotretionin and 0,05% isotretionin combined with 2% eritromizin. During 12 weeks of observation, using special comparative scales the assessment was made of clinical severity of acne, quality of life of patients, rate of side effects, complaence and self-assessment of treatment. At the end of treatment regression of elements in comparative groups consisted in average about 50% from the initial positions. The amelioration of quality of life and self-assessment of patients was established. The results of study prove the effectiveness of eternal combined treatment of acne of light and mild severity with the combination of 1% adapalen and klindamizin once per day with the transition to the supportive therapy with addapalen not later than 8th week of treatment. In overall, the most prospective treatment of acne is with application of combined farmaceutical "Сlenzit-С".
