Sifilidopodobnoe impetigo u rebenka s enkoprezom, razvivshimsya posle proktoplastiki po povodu vrozhdennoy atrezii pryamoy kishki
The paper describes papulous syphilid-like impetigo in a child with encopresis that has developed after proctoplasty for congenital rectal atresia. Continuous fecal leakage, maceration maintain the chronic course of the process and reduce the benefit of the therapy performed. The case is of interest as an example of differential diagnosis with the manifestations of secondary recurrent syphilis.
