ACQUIRED PROGRESSIVE SUPERFICIAL UNILATERAL NEVOID TELANGIECTASIA

Abstract

A clinical case with a rare vascular disease of skin is presented: unilateral nevoid progressive telangiectasia in a female patient aged 30. The dermatoscopic picture of skin changes was characterized by extension of the capillary network without signs of follicular hyperkeratosis and atrophy, which allowed ruling out discoid lupus erythematosis, previously suspected in the patient. A brief review of the relevant publications is presented and problems in the differential diagnosis of this disease are discussed.
