T-Cell cutaneous lymphoma: diagnostic difficulties

T-Cell cutaneous lymphoma: diagnostic difficulties
A clinical case with T-cell cutaneous lymphoma is presented. The condition was difficult to diagnose because of polymorphic clinical picture, simulating various chronic diseases of the skin. The clinical picture of cutaneous disease in a woman aged 77 years resembled over a period of 3 years lupus erythematosus, sarcoidosis, or erythema multiforme exudativum, manifesting by macular and plaque efflorescence. Т-сєіі lymphoma was diagnosed only after emergence of the nodules. The diagnosis was confirmed by immunohistological studies with antibodies to CD3, CD4, CD5, CD8, CD20, and Ki-67 proteins. The proliferation index was 55.4%.
