Abstract

The article presents the age-based analysis of the re-recognized disability in the Russian Federation in dynamics over 2005-2014. We analyzed the absolute number of people with disabilities, the level of disability, the proportion of age group, sex and disability groups. The re-disabled at the young age are on average 652 200 (32% of the total number ofpersons with disabilities), the number of the disabled of middle age - 871 400 (42,7%), the disabled of the retirement age - 516 300 (25,3%). The tendency is declining re-disability in the adult population of the Russian Federation. In general, over 10 years, the re-disability in the adult population of Russia decreased by 38.3%. However, it is important to note that the dynamics of disability in young and middleaged people has a decreasing trend: 58.5% and 60% respectively, but it is increasing in the pension age disabled: 78,3%. After re-examination in the ITU office group I disability was established in an average of 7.9% surveyed, group II - in 44.5%, group III - in 47,6%. The change was marked in the dynamics of disability. In particular, a decrease was recorded in the proportion of disabled group II (from 51,6% in 2005 to 36,7% in 2014), with an increase in the proportion of persons with disabilities in group I (6.9% and 10.7%, respectively) and people with disabilities Group III (from 41,5% to 52,6%, respectively). In the re-disabled population the proportion of women was 57.1%, men - 42,9% for the 10-year period. However, the disability rate in women of the retirement age was lower compared to the same period in men (132,1 women, men 254,3 per 10 000 the relevant population).
