The Main Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise in the Rostov region, 344006, Rostov-on-Don, Russian Federation The article contains an analysis of disability (of primary, repeated and general) in consequence of malignant tumors in all 8 districts for 2010-2011 years that has shown that the highest level and the first ranking place by all types of disability takes the Southern Federal District, the last 7-8 places take the Northern-Caucasian and the Far-Eastern Federal districts.
