Abstract

The author indicated the severity of vertebro-medullispinal trauma consequences manifested by movement and sensitivity disorders and trophic disturbances leading to the persistent loss of the ability to work and to disability. Timeliness and expediency of orthotics for this category of patients was determined as well as indications for administration of this or that orthopedic ware.
