Abstract

Learn the basic organizational and legal issues of the main medical and social assessment office of the Russian Federation of the control desk, and the correlation of the actual condition of this section and the regulations adopted by the Administrative Regulations. Pointed the insufficient legal framework for the examinations in order to control. Suggestions to improve the regulatory framework of the activity.
