Abstract

The article deals with contemporary problems of increasing the age of exit for labor pension in Russia. The motivation to work for the elderly has been considered. Substantiated medical and social factors affecting the continued professional activity of older people. The methodical approach to the assessment of occupational risks and the fundamentals of medical and social protection against loss of employment potential of these workers.
