The problems connected with the activity of the regional federal state institutions of medico-social expertise were considered. The authors share their experience in the area of practical application of modern medical law. The experience of the service of the medico-social expertise service of the Altay Territory allows judging the efficiency of work in interrelation and coordination of different departments of the institution.
