An important condition for the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures is to dynamically monitor their progress. The results of effectiveness monitoring of individual rehabilitation programs (IRP) for patients with disabilities in the Nizhny Novgorod region for six years (2005 to 2010). Higher rates of IPR effectiveness were reported in parts of medical and social rehabilitation, the greatest difficulties arise in the implementation of vocational rehabilitation measures in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
