Expert case of the patient after endovascular surgical intervention for aortic dissection of III type according to M. De Bakey's classification
The article described a case of the patient with chronic aortic dissection of the III type according to M. De Bakey's classification examined by the Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise after successful endovascular intervention with stent graft placement into thoracic and abdominal aortic sections. The data of the patient medically followed-up during 4 years at the Kemerovo Cardiological Dispensary and the results of the repeated examination at FSI Central Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise were presented.
