Abstract

In the article the new approaches of exposure of persons with the high risk of fractures, developing on a background of osteoporosis are going come into question. Worldwide organization of health protection is offer an instrument for the estimation of individual absolute risk of fractures for men and women, worked out on the basis of the use of clinical risk and data of mineral bone density in neck of hip. New approaches in the estimation of risk of fractures will allow more exactly to determine the state of bone fabric and extend the possibilities of application of antiosteoporotic drugs.
