Abstract

The article considers the role of medico-social expertise in social protection of invalids, particularly those disabled due to psychic diseases who underwent compulsory treatment in connection with unlawful actions. The author emphasized features of social protection of invalids over 50 discharged from the clinic for the outpatient follow-up at psychoneurologic dispensary as well as the features of individual rehabilitation program.
