Abstract

Majority of authors regards as criteria of valuation of rehabilitation efficiency a subjective degree of rehabilitation's comfort - his quality of life. But questions of objective results of rehabilitation are not fully solved. On materials by specialized in-patient investigation of 57 patients with neurotic and anxiety disturbances at organic and vascular brain damages, we have revealed an objective indicators, which capable to be a frame in the valuation of rehabilitation efficiency criteria. There are established, that the criteria must to be based on three groups of indicators simultaneously: paraclinical, social (including restrictions of vital activity), clinical. Grounds for minimization of importance of neurotic disturbances were not discovered.
