THE DEBUT OF MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS WITH CLINICALLY ISOLATED SYMPTOMS OF SPINAL CORD LESION
With the purpose of improving early diagnostics of Multiple Sclerosis 130 cases of patients with clinically isolated symptoms of lesion in the white substance of the spinal cord (a spinal form CIS) were analyzed on the basis of retrospective and prospective studies for the period from 1992 to 2010.Clinical and MRI data were brought into correlation and diagnostic difficulties were analyzed.
