A 39-year-old patient has left hemiplegia: first, the arm, three days later, the leg is paralyzed, there was no loss of consciousness, speech and swallowing disorders. Examination after 13 years showed: contracture in the arm and leg, no hemianesthesia, cremaster reflex weakened on the left side, abdominal reflex absent, tendon reflex weakened on the right side, increased on the left side.
