The method of surgical treatment of ars-syndrome
The original surgical technique for the treatment of ARS-syndrome in athletes is suggested. This technique consists of myofasciotomy and fascioplasty of m. rectus abdominus as well as partial myotomy of adductor muscles of the hip. Six patients have been operated on using this method. At 1 year follow-up the results are evaluated as good.
