Abstract

The paper presents the results of studying the sociomedical characteristics of children of the first three years of life, analyzes their parents' medical activity, and identifies risk factors for the development of poor health indicators in the children.Particular emphasis is laid on the results of teaching the parents by pediatricians in the methods of interactive improvement of their infants' health. The impact of medical literacy of the parents who bring up their infants on positive changes in their health is shown.The findings suggest that only the active participation of family members, which includes timely complete compliance, can improve health indicators in children.
