The XXVII Congress of the CPSU outlined the strategic course of the development of our country. Its main feature is a policy of acceleration, which consists not only in increasing the rate of economic growth, but also in improving social relations, updating the forms and methods of work, overcoming inertia, further developing the creativity of the masses.
