Abstract

Eforan - tributyl ester of 2-carboxypropylphosphonic acid - is a representative of low-toxic organophosphorus compounds. Currently, it is undergoing preclinical testing as an anti-inflammatory and antiseptic agent for gynecological purposes. As part of these studies, we studied the effect of eforan on the contractile activity of the uterus in experimental animals.
