This peer-reviewed publication contains up-to-date classifications of 30 major internal diseases. It not only reproduces the classifications themselves, recommended by famous clinicians or put forward and approved by various scientific forums, congresses, congresses, but, most importantly, these classifications are supplemented by interesting and well-argued comments of the editor of the publication - an experienced and erudite clinician. In addition, there are examples of specific formulations of diagnoses within these classifications, and, as a rule, the most frequent variants of various diagnostic situations and, consequently, formulations, are provided in practice.
