Organization of school activities for the visually impaired
In building a socialist state, along with such problems as the collectivization of agriculture and the industrialization of the country, it is extremely important to prepare a healthy human change. It is imperative that the coming change be physically and intellectually strong, powerful, so that it will be able to continue building the state and at the same time, at the right time, become breastfeeding in defense of it. The Soviet government, its health care and public education bodies, of course, are guided in their activities by these goals and objectives.
