Surgical pain relief method. V. I. Razumovsky (The American Journal of Surgery, March 1933.)
After a brief analysis of the essence of pain sensations and their conduction, he shares his experience and observation of Dr. Nazarov on the treatment of neuralgia by alcoholization of the nerve trunks and blood vessels. For the treatment of spontaneous gangrene, the author proposes to produce alcoholization of the femoral artery and sciatic nerve.
