Diagnosis of otogenic brain abscesses. —According to Rejto (Folia Otolaryngologica orientalia. B. 1-1932, Herusalem) —in the treatment of brain abscesses of otogenic origin, early diagnosis plays an important role. Despite the relative prevalence of this disease, its diagnosis is most often established on the operating table, when, after opening the cranium, the operator finds a convex, injected, altered part of the dura mater.
