In the part in which a. talks about the biological foundations of labor therapy, he takes a negative position towards the doctrine that we in the USSR is known as the doctrine of "acquired disability", and condemns the idea that shock work can be the cause of undermining the strength and health of a worker. The fatally widespread doctrine of the exhaustion of strength and health from shock (tiichtige) work, "says Simon literally.
