Experience of 10-year dispensary observation of patients with diabetes mellitus who used the physiological diet of Genes
Physiological diet in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus, developed and clinically tested by prof. Genes and Reznitskaya, has long won universal recognition. In 1948, the service of patients with diabetes mellitus in Saratov was concentrated in the diabetic center. At the first stages of its activity, this point, due to the limited staff, could not deal with dispensary work and only carried out registration of patients with diabetes mellitus entering under supervision.
