Abstract

Patient S., 27 years old, a loader, works in Moscow, was on vacation, was admitted to the surgical department of the Menzelinsky hospital 10 / VII-59. Delivered by ambulance from the village 15 km away. 40 minutes before being drunk, he jumped over the transformer fence, grabbed the wire of the high-voltage electrical network with his right hand and hung on it, touching the support with his body. He was admitted in a pronounced state of shock. Extremely agitated. From mouth. strong alcohol smell. Spilled pallor of the skin.
