The correct organization of supply, the most perfect organization of labor within the enterprise, the full implementation of unity of command in production, the creation of the most favorable conditions for maximum activity of the working collective and technical personnel of the enterprise, the selection of qualified administration, the necessary degree of independence of the enterprise are the basis for further improvement of the management system of socialist industry.
