The decisions of the 26th Congress of the CPSU, the speech at it by the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the CPSU Comrade Leonid I. Brezhnev entered our life as a program of great achievements for the good of the people. These historical documents creatively generalize the practice of communist construction in the USSR, embody the strategy and tactics of the CPSU on the most important issues of the economic, social and spiritual development of our country, taking into account the specific conditions of our time.
